Four Jills in a Jeep (1944) is a musical-comedy based on the real-life 1942 USO tour of actresses Kay Francis, Carole Landis, Martha Raye, and Mitzi Mayfair. The film includes musical performances and cameos from stars Betty Grable, Carmen Miranda, and the Jimmy Dorsey Orchestra.

World War II Military Displays FDR Library Great Lawn
Time: 10am-4pm ET
On Saturday, May 23 and Sunday, May 24, 2026, in honor of Memorial Day Weekend, the Great Lawn in front of the Franklin D. Roosevelt Presidential Library and Museum will take on the appearance of a World War II encampment with WWII Military Displays. Period military vehicles of all sizes and soldiers in battle dress will be on hand to share their love of World War II history.
The FDR Presidential Library and the Home of FDR National Historic Site will host a special presentation, "Equestrian History of the Roosevelts and Delanos" with Dr. Shelby Landmark
