As a Citizen Archivist volunteer, you can make contributions to enhance access and discoverability of records in the National Archives Catalog: transcribe handwritten documents, tag archival photographs, or share comments with community members.
Extending legacy Catalog beyond March into early summer 2023
We are listening to our Catalog users, and understand that many of you are still relying on the legacy Catalog for advanced searches and export features. In response, we now plan to extend the legacy Catalog beyond March into early summer 2023. The plan is to retire the legacy Catalog in early summer 2023 when the advanced search issues and other key fixes have been resolved.
Thank you for your patience as we navigate the launch of our new Catalog!
